The Assistant Store Manager is a key member of the store team, responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the overall operation of a seasonal store. This includes staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in staffing, including scheduling and training staff
  • Assist with setup and merchandising of the store, including visual displays and inventory management
