Job Opportunity: RN - Home Health

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team as a Home Health Nurse. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced nurse to make a real difference in the lives of patients while enjoying the flexibility and rewards of travel nursing.

About the Job:

This position involves providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in their own homes, focusing on maintaining their independence and overall well-being. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop personalized care plans, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective care plans to meet individual patient needs
  • Provide hands-on nursing care, including wound care, medication management, and education on disease management and self-care techniques
  • Collaborate with family members and caregivers to ensure seamless continuity of care
  • Document patient interactions, assessments, and interventions accurately and comprehensively
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements through ongoing professional development and training

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A current Maine RN license
  • At least 1 year of recent experience in home health nursing (private duty does not qualify)
  • OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits experience
  • Electronic Charting experience
  • American Heart Association BLS certification
  • A valid U.S. Driver's License

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $2,040 - $2,238 per week, based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week. Additional benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, pet insurance, 401k retirement plan, continuing education opportunities, and more.
