Job Overview

eXcell is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Enterprise Systems and Business Intelligence team. As the Senior Enterprise Systems and Business Intelligence Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and optimization of our global ERP systems, ensuring effective support of Finance, Supply Chain, and Product Lifecycle Management functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight and strategy development for global ERP systems to align with business goals.
  • Management of HRIS systems, including Talent Management and Recruiting, to ensure seamless integration with enterprise applications.
  • Leadership in defining enterprise-level data strategies and roadmaps, creating data warehouses and data lakes from the ground up, and leveraging machine learning technologies.
  • Collaboration with business leaders to understand their needs and challenges, translating them into innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive growth.
  • Leadership in integrating diverse business functions within the ERP landscape, promoting data consistency, process automation, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Expertise in enterprise application management, including best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies, to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Recruitment, development, and management of a high-performing team of enterprise application specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in enterprise application management, with a focus on global ERP systems.
  • Experience with ERP implementations (QAD ERP is a plus) with knowledge of HCM implementations and Quality Management Systems.
  • Proven expertise in managing ERP functions related to Finance, Supply Chain, and Product Lifecycle Management.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems, including Workday Core Human Capital Management Functions (Benefits, Performance Management, Recruiting, Talent Management, and Workforce Planning Modules).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, mentor, and manage a team.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with business stakeholders effectively.

Compensation
We offer a competitive salary range of $180,000 - $220,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefit package that includes Health Insurance, 401k, Basic Life / AD&D, Supplemental Insurance Plans, Paid Time Off Plan, Paid Holiday, Paid Sick Leave plan, FSA / HSA Pre-Tax Benefits, and Employee Discounts.
