Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Sr. Solutions Architect II to join our team, responsible for defining and driving the overall software architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals and scalability requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the overall software architecture: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop large-scale software systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and scalability requirements.
- Select and implement technologies: Choose and implement appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools for each project, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Design and present architectural solutions: Develop and present architectural solutions that meet technical and business requirements, ensuring alignment with company standards and best practices.
- Mentor and guide software engineers: Provide technical leadership and direction to software engineers, mentoring and guiding them to improve coding skills and maintain code quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Active TS/SCI security clearance: Must possess an active TS/SCI security clearance.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience as a software architect or senior software engineer.
- Expertise: Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying large-scale software systems, with expertise in one or more programming languages (e.g., C#, .NET, JAVA).
- DevOps and agile software development: Experience with DevOps tools (e.g., GitHub, GitLab, Kubernetes, JIRA, Bitbucket) and cloud computing technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Communication and collaboration skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
