About You
  • Experience in caregiving is beneficial but not mandatory (previous roles in private in-home care, assisted living, group homes, etc. are valuable). Your employment history should reflect reliability and a strong work ethic.
  • An ideal caregiver is patient, attentive, resourceful, and detail-oriented. Certifications such as CNA are advantageous but not essential.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Act as a genuine and supportive companion
  • Provide personal care services
  • Remind clients about their prescribed medications
  • Assist clients with mobility and physical exercises
  • Accompany clients to their appointments
  • Plan and prepare nutritious meals
  • Support clients with Alzheimer’s/Dementia care
  • Perform light housekeeping duties
Qualifications:
  • Compassionate nature
  • Enjoyment in caring for others
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Dependable with a solid work history
  • At least one year of professional experience working with seniors
Examples of Relevant Experience:

In-home care, Independent/Assisted living/Memory care facilities, Hospitals, and Rehabilitation centers.

  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Current TB or Chest X-ray; Current CPR Certification (both required upon hire)
  • Reliable means of transportation
