About You
  • While prior caregiving experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory (experience in private home care, assisted living, group homes, etc. is advantageous). Your employment history should reflect dependability and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a genuine and supportive companion
  • Deliver personal care services
  • Remind clients about their prescribed medications
  • Assist clients with mobility and physical exercises
  • Accompany clients to their appointments
  • Plan and prepare nutritious meals
  • Provide support for Alzheimer’s/Dementia care
  • Conduct light housekeeping tasks

  • At least one year of professional experience working with seniors
Examples of Relevant Experience:

In-home care, Independent/Assisted living facilities, Memory care communities, Hospitals, and Rehabilitation centers.

  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Current TB test or Chest X-ray; Current CPR Certification (both required upon hire)
  • Access to reliable transportation
