Job Summary

AROW Global Corp is seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team in a 2nd shift position. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling windows according to customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble windows using drawings and blueprints
  • Operate hand tools and measuring equipment
  • Ensure quality on all assembled and pre-assembled materials
  • Work closely with a team to meet production goals
  • Package and prepare windows for shipping

Requirements:

  • Basic reading, writing, and math skills
  • Ability to read blueprints and work instructions
  • Ability to adapt to changing production demands
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively

Physical Demands:

The physical demands of this role include:

  • Ability to lift 10lbs on a consistent basis
  • Ability to lift 10-25lbs on a frequent basis
  • Ability to lift 25-50lbs on an occasional basis
  • Ability to stand for 10 hours per day
