Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Window Assembly Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately assembling windows according to customer specifications, using drawings and blueprints as guides. If you have a strong attention to detail and are able to work effectively in a team environment, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble windows according to customer specifications, using drawings and blueprints as guides
  • Use hand tools and measuring equipment to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Work closely with a team to meet production goals and deadlines
  • Package and prepare windows for shipping
  • Support and cross-train in other production areas as needed
Requirements
  • Basic reading, writing, and math skills, as well as the ability to read blueprints and work instructions
  • Ability to read and use a tape measure and various hand tools
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible in a fast-paced production environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively
  • Must be willing to become forklift certified within the first 30 days of employment

Physical Demands

This role requires the ability to lift 10lbs on a consistent basis, 10-25lbs on a frequent basis, and 25-50lbs on an occasional basis. The employee must also be able to stand for 10 hours per day and work overhead on a frequent basis.
