Educational Requirements:
- An Associate's degree is mandatory; a Bachelor's degree is highly regarded.

Professional Experience:
- Candidates must possess a valid registered nursing license and have a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience. Familiarity with established concepts, practices, and procedures in the nursing field is essential.

Licenses and Certifications:
- Must hold a nursing license valid in Texas.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) is required.
- Attainment of Case Manager certification within three years of employment is expected.
