About the Role:
  • Assist clients in achieving optimal physical well-being through treatment, testing, and education.
  • Work collaboratively with licensed Physical Therapists to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Provide physical therapy services to adult and geriatric clients in their homes.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address client needs and goals.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
  • Current licensure or certification in the state of North Carolina.
  • Graduation from a two-year college-level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
  • At least one year's work experience under the supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist.
