About the Role:

KurzSolutions is seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of complex physiological and radiological procedures ordered by physicians or cardiology fellows without direct supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete complex radiographic exams for patients, including cardiac catheterizations, percutaneous coronary interventions, and coronary stent placement.
  • Operate medical equipment, including video equipment, CD archiving systems, and contrast media injectors.
  • Prepare patients for angiographic, angioplasty, and temporary pacemaker placement procedures, adhering to aseptic and sterile techniques.
  • Perform duties in the Cardiac Catherization Suite during procedures such as diagnostic cardiac catheterizations, balloon angioplasties, and electrophysiology studies.

Requirements:

  • Full, unrestricted license in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States of the District of Columbia.
  • Minimum of five years relevant clinical experience and a minimum of one year of general radiology in a level 1 hospital setting.
  • Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist and/or Registered Radiologic Technologist with American Registry of Radiologist Technologists (ARRT) and/or American Society of Radiologist Technologists (ASRT).
