Key Responsibilities
  • Design Creative Projects: Design creative projects for targeted marketing campaigns across a number of retail media ad products.
  • Produce Digital Content: Produce digital content through the creation of digital ads, GIFs and HTML5 animations across various platforms.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work seamlessly with the Manager, Digital Design and the team, as well as teams across Paid Media, Ad Operations, Sales & Account Management, Merchandising and Marketing.
  • Implement Brand Identity: Implement the Client brand identity, visual and voice into every campaign & communication.
  • Communicate Design Concepts: Communicate and present design concepts; build presentation materials that successfully communicate design concepts.
Requirements
  • 4+ Years of Experience: 4 years in digital visual design for marketing, and/or advertising projects.
  • Proficient in Motion Design: Proficient in motion design and HTML5 animation.
  • Portfolio of Work: Portfolio of work with experience in digital marketing with a love for content creation-design, GIF, video, photography.
  • Knowledge of Social Media: Knowledge of all social media platforms, best practices, ad specs and latest trends.
  • Proficiency in Software: High level of proficiency with the following programs: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (including Premiere and AfterEffects), Sketch.
