Job Title: Senior Hardware Development Engineer

The estimated annual salary for this position is $150,000 - $220,000 based on the location in Annapolis, MD.

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior Hardware Development Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will design and develop innovative electronic systems, including analog and digital circuits, using industry-standard tools and technologies. Key responsibilities include:
  • Electronic product architecture
  • Schematic design of complex circuits
  • Prototype and test new designs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop COTS solutions
Additionally, the candidate will generate documentation to enable software development and ensure seamless hardware-software integration.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related field. A strong understanding of electrical and computer engineering fundamentals, as well as analog and digital conversion principles, is essential. Experience with RF principles, mechanical, and thermal fundamentals is also beneficial. Excellent communication skills and a willingness to receive government-mandated vaccines are required. U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
