Pride is seeking a skilled Software Sales Representative to drive revenue growth by identifying customer needs, presenting tailored software solutions, and closing sales. This full-time role is ideal for a tech-savvy professional with a passion for building lasting client relationships and achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Execution: Identify and pursue sales opportunities for software solutions to meet and exceed quotas.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand customer challenges and requirements, delivering tailored software solutions to meet their needs.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an active sales pipeline, updating CRM tools with accurate data.
  • Demonstrations: Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase software capabilities.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and potential opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and technical teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3–5 years of software sales or relevant experience in a B2B environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
    • Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new software solutions.
  • Preferred: Experience in SaaS or cloud-based software sales.

Compensation: We offer an estimated salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, plus outstanding fringe benefits, including Medical, Dental, Tuition Assistance, and 401(k) Retirement Plan to name a few.
