We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at L'Oréal USA. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining processing equipment in our Florence Manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and repair processing equipment, including electrical and mechanical systems
- Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis to identify and resolve equipment issues

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance
- 3-5 years of experience in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
- Knowledge of sanitary processing equipment and preventative maintenance programs
- Experience with electronics, including single and three phase, AC and DC
- Ability to read and understand P&IDs and perform confined space entry as needed
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
