About the Role

The Maintenance Supervisor is a key member of our team, responsible for leading a group of skilled maintenance technicians in maintaining and repairing production equipment. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a maintenance log of preventative and corrective maintenance work orders, ensuring timely completion and quality of work.
  • Plan and schedule maintenance work, including corrective maintenance, preventative maintenance, and equipment installation projects.
  • Interface with section managers to coordinate daily and weekly activities, set priorities, and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Contribute to building brand identity and achieving profitable growth by implementing process improvements and optimizing equipment performance.
  • Develop and implement training programs for maintenance technicians, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality control teams to resolve quality concerns and improve equipment performance.
  • Track and analyze equipment downtime, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime.
  • Generate weekly KPI reports and prepare OPLs and SOSs to ensure transparency and accountability.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience leading maintenance professionals, with a strong background in industrial multi-craft maintenance.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance Technology, Mechatronics, or related program highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, report writing skills, presentation abilities, and motivational skills.
  • Experience in facilitating trainings and implementing process improvements.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate data.
  • Initiative and drive to continuously improve processes and systems.
  • Fundamental understanding of industrial multi-craft maintenance, with good electrical and mechanical knowledge.
