Anesthesiology Faculty Physician

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Obstetric Anesthesiologist to join our team at the University of Minnesota Physicians. As a member of our department, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented group of professionals who are passionate about providing exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality anesthesia care to obstetric patients, including labor and delivery, cesarean sections, and postoperative pain management.
- Collaborate with obstetricians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in clinical research and education, including teaching medical students and residents.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.
- Graduate of an accredited ACGME Anesthesiology residency and/or fellowship training program.
- Board eligible/certified with the American Board of Anesthesiology.
- Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure.
- Ability to obtain/maintain DEA certification in the State of Minnesota.
- Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges.
- Ability to receive work authorization in the United States from the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and maintain legal status according to the requirements of VISA category while in the United States.
