Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop evidence-based care plans for oncology patients in collaboration with physicians.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and personalized care, administering specialized treatments and interventions under physician supervision.
- Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families, fostering strong relationships with hospitalists and other specialists.
- Serve as the practice leader in assigned areas, communicating with hospitalists and other specialists to ensure continuity of care.
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing.
- Current certification as an Oncology Nurse Practitioner (AOCNP) or ability to obtain with support from The Oncology Institute.
