This comprehensive RN Residency Program is designed to facilitate the transition from student to professional nurse through a structured 12-month curriculum that includes education, mentorship, and peer support.

Role Responsibilities:
The staff nurse will provide nursing care across the lifespan, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. This role involves adhering to organizational policies and demonstrating professional growth and accountability.
Qualifications:
Minimum Education:
Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Minimum Experience:
New graduates of a nursing program are encouraged to apply.
Licensure/Certification:
Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Georgia and BLS CPR certification are required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) and advanced certification in a specialty area, if applicable.
