Key Responsibilities
  • Work with children and families to identify and address their needs, providing guidance and support to promote healthy relationships and communication.

  • Develop and implement individualized plans to address the unique needs of each child and family.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to children and families, helping them to build resilience and coping skills.
  • Work closely with other professionals, such as social workers and therapists, to ensure a comprehensive approach to supporting children and families.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field, or a master's degree in a human services field.
  • At least two years of experience in the human services field, preferably in a role working with children and families.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
  • Passion for working with children and families, with a commitment to promoting their well-being and safety.
