- Collaborate with foster parents to provide training, licensing, and ongoing support to ensure the best possible outcomes for children.
- Develop and implement individualized plans to address the unique needs of each child and family.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to children and families, helping them to build resilience and coping skills.
- Work closely with other professionals, such as social workers and therapists, to ensure a comprehensive approach to supporting children and families.
- Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field, or a master's degree in a human services field.
- At least two years of experience in the human services field, preferably in a role working with children and families.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
- Passion for working with children and families, with a commitment to promoting their well-being and safety.
