Job Description

  • We are seeking a skilled Staff Software Engineer Core Platform to join our team. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand detailed requirements and own your code from design to delivery.
  • Your focus will be on building scalable and reusable code by enforcing best practices around software engineering architecture and processes.
  • You will contribute to the design and implementation of new products and features while enhancing our existing product suite.
  • Additionally, you will mentor colleagues and promote knowledge-sharing within the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications">
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience with Java or a similar object-oriented programming language.
  • Passion for JavaScript and the Web as a platform, reusability, and componentization.
  • Experience with data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance/scale considerations.
  • Familiarity with modern UI frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.
  • Analytical and design skills.
  • Ability to manage projects with material technical risk at a team level.
