  • Ensure ongoing adjudication of claims within Company standards, industry best practices, and specific client service requirements.

  • Resolve unique and challenging business problems, achieving business goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Motivated individuals interested in an upwardly mobile career path.
  • 3+ years of General and Auto Liability claim experience.
  • Experience resolving moderate severity injury claims and ability to evaluate complex coverage scenarios.
  • Ability to collaborate and manage work in a flexible work environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to initiate and champion change initiatives.
  • Creativity in resolving unique and challenging business problems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Effective decision-making skills, including the ability to recognize, analyze, and improve claims performance against standards and goals.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
