Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Howell Opco LLC. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading our nursing staff.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Assess and document resident conditions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Supervise and direct nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care.
- Administer medications, start IVs, and perform treatments as required, maintaining accurate records and adhering to company, local, state, and federal regulations.
- Participate in orientation and in-service training for personnel, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for residents.
- Ensure efficient use of supplies and equipment, maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
- Report and record pertinent observations and reactions regarding residents, contributing to a culture of transparency and accountability.
- Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
- Valid RN license in the state employed.
- Valid CPR certification.
- One year of nursing experience preferred.
- Competitive market wages starting at $46.20-$65.45 per hour.
