Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced BDC Manager to lead our high-volume Business Development Center (BDC) department. As a BDC Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing outbound internet and phone campaigns, maintaining sales and service forecasts, and managing day-to-day business operations.
Job Responsibilities- Drive Results: Develop and execute outbound internet and phone campaigns to drive sales and revenue growth
- Lead the Team: Manage and train a high-performing team of BDC representatives to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Analyze Performance: Collect and analyze business metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance
- Collaborate with Executives: Work closely with executive and department managers to develop appointment setting strategies and drive business growth
- Previous Sales Manager experience preferred but not required
- Previous BDC manager experience required
- Strong communication, organization, time management, computer and basic math skills
- Strong team building skills
- Team player with positive energy and an eagerness to improve

- Estimated salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
