Sales and Marketing Director for Dealerships

About the RoleWe're seeking an experienced BDC Manager to lead our high-volume Business Development Center (BDC) department. As a BDC Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing inbound and outbound campaigns, managing sales and service forecasts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute data-driven sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
- Manage and analyze sales and customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team of BDC representatives to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Collaborate with executive and department managers to develop appointment setting strategies and drive business growth
- Previous Sales Manager experience preferred but not required
- Previous BDC manager experience required
- Strong communication, organization, time management, computer and basic math skills
- Strong team building skills
- Team player with positive energy and an eagerness to improve
- Competitive and self-motivated attitude that thrives on goals
- Estimated salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
