We are seeking a skilled Technical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at AD West Realty Services, Inc.

Compensation and Benefits

The starting salary for this position is approximately $25-$27 per hour, depending on experience, and includes comprehensive health insurance benefits.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing properties, including plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs, while ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe and healthy living environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and repair properties, including plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs.
  • Inspect vacated and occupied apartments for maintenance and repair needs.
  • Replace baseboard heaters, switches, thermostats, and appliance parts as needed.
  • Be on call for emergencies such as fire, electrical, or flood damage.

Requirements

  • Prior maintenance/repair experience preferred but not required.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with insurance coverage are mandatory.
