Development and Project Coordinator

We are hiring a Development and Project Coordinator to support our rapidly growing development team in Denver, Colorado.

The annual salary for this position is estimated to be between $90,000 and $105,000, based on industry standards.

The successful candidate will have a strong educational background, ideally with an MBA, and at least 2 years of experience in real estate. Living within a reasonable commute distance to Downtown Denver is also essential.

In this role, you will work on various tasks related to West Coast developments, including due diligence, zoning, and site acquisition.

Primary Duties:

  • Coordinating project logistics and ensuring timely completion
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
  • Preparing and presenting project reports and updates
  • Supporting the development team with research and analysis
