Responsibilities:

As a Health Club Attendant, you'll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, setting up and maintaining spa facilities, and providing exceptional customer service. Your duties will include:
  • Maintaining cleanliness and setting up spa facilities, including locker rooms, workout areas, tennis, and games rooms.
  • Responding to guest interactions in a courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and comfort.
  • Setting up and maintaining spa facilities, including refreshments, locker rooms, workout areas, tennis, pre-treatment areas, and games rooms.
  • Handling guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible, and resolving customer complaints.
  • Assisting guests to their appointments related to spa services.
Skills/Qualifications:

We're looking for an ideal candidate with:
  • Hotel, resort, or cruise ship experience (a plus).
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • High school education or equivalent experience.
  • 6 months of experience in the hospitality industry or fitness and health club-related work.
