About the location:Our sun-filled urban oasis in the heart of Los Angeles is a city icon, buzzing with energy and excitement. When you're not exploring the Hollywood Hills, shopping on Rodeo Drive, or visiting our city's notable art museums, settle in and unwind at Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills. Soak up the sun at our resort-style pool, savor award-winning Italian cuisine at Culina Ristorante, and discover a new level of wellness at our Spa.
Responsibilities:Job duties include maintaining cleanliness, set-ups, and spa standards in the locker rooms, work-out areas, tennis, and games room. Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and comfort. Set up and maintain the spa, including refreshments, locker rooms, work-out areas, tennis, pre-treatment area, and games room. Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible, and resolving customer complaints. Assist guests to their appointments as they relate to the Spa services.
Skills/Qualifications:We're looking for a candidate with hotel, resort, or cruise ship experience. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is a must. A high school education or equivalent experience is required. Six months of experience in the hospitality industry, work, or fitness, health club-related work is preferred.
