Your primary goal will be to transform prospective clients into loyal members, promoting memberships that offer significant savings, while ensuring an outstanding experience for all visitors.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
Enhance membership and retail sales
Welcome guests and deliver exceptional customer service
Schedule appointments both in-person and via phone
Assist with operational tasks, including inventory management
Uphold a tidy and welcoming atmosphere

REQUIREMENTS:
1+ years of experience in high-end or membership sales
Meticulous attention to detail
Positive mindset; proactive attitude
Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
Availability to work weekends and evenings
Dependable transportation
Familiarity with MindBody Software is advantageous
Experience in a salon or membership-oriented business is a plus

When clients visit The Lash Lounge, they enter a sanctuary designed to refresh from within, enabling them to step out with renewed confidence.
