About this Role

The Painter is responsible for applying industrial paint finishes on metals or manufactured products. You will mix paints and other solutions, monitor drying to ensure desired results.

  • Operate spray painter or other equipment to apply industrial paint finishes on metals or manufactured products
  • Mix paints and other solutions
  • Monitor drying to ensure desired results
  • Complete finishing with baking, polishing or other materials
  • May paint by hand when needed
You Will Thrive In This Role If:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1+ years of general work experience preferred
  • Apprenticeship and/or formal training in production painting is a plus
  • Strong organizational/follow-up skills; attention to detail essential
  • Must be able to lift, lower, push and pull all sizes of merchandise up to 50 lbs
  • Requires standing, walking, stooping, & bending for 8 hours or more daily
  • Requires constant use of arms, hands, fingers, eyes, legs, and back
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Must be a team player willing to take on additional roles as needed
  • Have a good attitude and willingness to learn
  • Drug/alcohol testing required
  • This position is subject to random drug testing
  • Background check required
  • Able to pass a background check
Compensation and Benefits

Industry competitive pay ranging from $19-$27/hr. Restricted Stock Units included in all offers. Salary to be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and market data. We offer a range of benefits, including:
