Metal Coater Specialist

Apply your skills as an Industrial Finisher to work with us at Crusoe. As a Painter, you'll be responsible for applying industrial paint finishes on metals or manufactured products.

• Mix paints and other solutions
• Monitor drying to ensure desired results
• Operate spray painter or other equipment to apply industrial paint finishes on metals or manufactured products
• Complete finishing with baking, polishing or other materials
• May paint by hand when needed

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least one year of general work experience preferred
• Formal training in production painting is beneficial
• Excellent organizational/follow-up skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift, lower, push and pull all sizes of merchandise up to 50 lbs
• Can stand, walk, stoop, & bend for 8 hours or more daily
• Constant use of arms, hands, fingers, eyes, legs, and back
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Able to pass a background check
