Key Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed sales and clientele goals for the Clinique brand
- Provide exceptional customer service, including personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations
- Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations
- Book appointments for and support the execution of services and in-store events
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and active contact with a growing customer list
- Inform guests of current promotions, events, and services within the store
- Maintain knowledge of new and existing products and services
- Contribute to an inclusive environment that supports teammates and guests
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Cosmetology or demonstrator license (where required by state law)
- Cosmetics artistry experience preferred
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to positively and proactively handle guest concerns and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
