Position Details:
- Shift Availability: Every other Sunday 2pm-10pm, on-call
- Compensation: $17-22/hr

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as specified in their service agreements.
- Support residents in achieving and maintaining their highest level of independence.
- Provide both physical and emotional assistance to residents.
- Carry out treatments as directed by the Registered Nurse according to the resident service agreement.
- Monitor residents and report any changes in their physical or emotional condition to the case manager.
- Engage with residents to offer reassurance and support as needed.
- Complete all necessary documentation daily, including service schedules and communication logs.
Qualifications:
- Preferred: Six months of experience in long-term care or assisted living.
- Preferred: Certification as a Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aide, or Certified Nursing Assistant.
- Ability to make sound decisions in the best interest of residents.
