We are seeking a skilled Scheduler to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing time and resources to ensure projects are completed on schedule. Your goal will be to continuously improve and refine project processes while coordinating across departments to drive success.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, suppliers, project managers, and superintendents to identify needs and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Work with the preconstruction team to develop well-defined and properly sequenced work activities.
  • Support project managers in preparing project scope, budget, and schedules.
  • Create high-level master schedules and timetables for projects, determining task timing and material requirements.
  • Effectively run meetings to update construction schedules and provide regular updates to the project team.
  • Identify project risks and develop solutions to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with the project director on staffing needs to ensure adequate project staff.
  • Track critical activities and changes to the critical path impacting the project.
