Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineering Project Manager to join our team at HDR Engineering, Inc. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating large multidiscipline projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams throughout the project lifecycle
  • Responsible for all aspects of large multidiscipline projects or medium-sized projects with high technical complexity
  • Establish and maintain client relations with ODOT, Counties, Cities, and other agencies
  • Involved with marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings
  • Coordinate staffing and workload through entire project life cycle
  • Track financial aspects of projects and adjust work effort to ensure completion within budget and schedule
  • Supervise large project staffs and act as mentor for less-experienced Project Managers
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • 10 years related experience
  • A minimum 5 years project management experience
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • MS Office and MS Project experience
