About the Role

The RN - House Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of nursing services on evening, night, weekend, and holiday shifts. This position acts as a representative of administration, coordinating hospital and departmental activities on an assigned shift. With a strong focus on quality patient care, the Administrative Supervisor fosters a collaborative environment that promotes mutual respect, understanding, and commitment among caregivers.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide leadership and guidance to nurses and other healthcare staff on assigned shifts
- Coordinate hospital and departmental activities to ensure seamless operations
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies
- Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement in patient care

Required Qualifications

- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current Washington Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification
- At least one year of experience as a Charge Nurse or in a leadership role, demonstrating strong leadership abilities
