Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Nurse Manager to join our team at Providence Centralia Hospital. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing direct nursing supervision on the unit and assisting with day-to-day management of unit operations.

About the Role

The Assistant Nurse Manager will assist with oversight of clinical and resource utilization, patient throughput, quality assessment and improvement, patient/staff/provider satisfaction, interpretation of policies and procedures, staff education and regulatory compliance. This role also participates in the selection and evaluation of staff as delegated by the director and/or Nurse Manager.

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and a Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire. You should also possess National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification and have 3 years Acute care nursing experience within the last five years.

Salary and Location

This position offers a competitive salary range of $54.43 - $87.63 per hour. The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Located in Centralia, WA, we provide a unique blend of small-town charm and access to urban amenities.
