Role Responsibilities


• Facilitate workshops


• Develop a conceptual architecture flow for identified initiatives


• Produce comprehensive designs that include functional process flows, business logic, and data model descriptions


• Collaborate with the Product Owner to decompose initiatives into user stories


• Create storyboards (user story designs with mockups) and conduct reviews with the Product Owner


• Oversee internal testing processes


• Support the Product Owner in the acceptance of user stories


• Establish best practices for the project

Qualifications


• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (Required)


• Master's Degree in a relevant field (Preferred)


• Proven experience in implementing Apriso software for essential modules such as Production, Quality, and Warehouse, along with a solid understanding of the Apriso data model and process builder framework


• Significant exposure to MES implementations – including architecture and execution – covering automation, production monitoring, quality planning, detailed scheduling, and ERP interfaces


• Exceptional problem-solving abilities


• At least 8 years of experience in a Supply Chain/LES/MES/ERP/Automation functional or technical role, providing familiarity with business processes and practices


• Minimum of 8 years' experience in the Information Technology sector


• Programming expertise in C#, SQL/PL SQL, Java, and web-based technologies


• Experience with SAP or Oracle applications is advantageous


• Familiarity with Biztalk Server, SAP Business Connector, and SAP PI is a plus


• Business Process Certifications, such as APICS or CPIM, are beneficial


• Strategic Program Certifications, such as Six Sigma Black Belt, are a plus


• Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% within the United States
