We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Engineer to join our team at STV. As a Cost Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor contract and invoice workflow approvals.
  • Prepare, process, and track progress of change orders for extra work.
  • Track and distribute all vendor and contractor contract authorizations.
  • Prepare and maintain all documentation related to contract contingencies and allowances.
  • Review and process contractor-prepared payment applications and diversity and inclusion plans.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers to collect updated forecast information.
  • Implement and comply with all current client procedures and requirements.
  • Data entry related to the above tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field from an accredited College or University.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in Project Controls, preferably in a cost management role.
  • Must be flexible, detail-oriented, and a team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks, produce quality work, and consistently meet deadlines.
