Auction Pickup Specialist

Caring Transitions Auction Pickup Specialists play a vital role in ensuring a seamless auction experience for our clients and their customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for verifying item accuracy, assisting bidders, and ensuring the safe and accurate handling of items during pickup.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify item accuracy and ensure the safe and accurate handling of items during pickup
  • Assist bidders during the pickup process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
  • Communicate with winning bidders to confirm pickup times and provide clear instructions
  • Supervise the handling of items to ensure the property is protected and no damage occurs
  • Take detailed notes on the pickup process, documenting any issues or discrepancies
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or a similar role is preferred
  • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with bidders
