We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Med Surg team. In this role, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient-centered care and support our patients' physical, emotional, and social needs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized patient plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with the care team to identify and address patient needs and concerns.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and hospital operations.
Requirements:
- Current State of Florida Registered RN License
- Two years of Med Surg RN experience
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification
