We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse to join our team at Providence Medical Group South. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in an ambulatory care environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of care and teaching needs for patients.
  • Facilitate care coordination through effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care that addresses the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school.
  • Associate Degree in Nursing or Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field.
  • Current Oregon Registered Nurse License and National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
  • Unencumbered Registered Nurse License in state(s) of hire, and wherever care is delivered.
  • At least 18 months of professional nursing experience.
