Primary Care Opportunity in Southern Oregon

Providence Medical Group is seeking a board-certified family nurse practitioner or physician associate/physician assistant to join its well-established Primary Care facility in Southern Oregon.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a highly productive and robust clinic with a team-based patient-centered medical home model that includes access to integrated behavioral health, clinical pharmacy, case management, and anticoagulation clinic.

Key Highlights
  • Full-time position, 1.0 FTE
  • Unpaneled position; outpatient care only
  • Position is structured to be 2/3 patient-facing and 1/3 desktop coverage
  • Option to work either 4 or 5 days per week; Monday thru Friday
  • No call
