Coca-Cola UNITED is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Delivery Merchandiser - Small Store Trainee Non CDL. This position involves delivering and rotating stock, as well as merchandising shelves, racks, equipment, and displays to Company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transporting and unloading products to retail outlets
  • Maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring proper storage of products
  • Merchandising all product inside the outlet to Company standards
  • Collaborating with the Sales Supervisor to execute the picture of success and establish positive relationships with customers
  • Providing feedback and recommendations to leadership on competitive threats and business opportunities

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 21 years old
  • Able to obtain Class A Commercial Driver's License within 90 days and maintain compliance with UNITED fleet policy
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
