**Job Summary**
As a Patient Service Technician at VieMed, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of medical devices to patients while maintaining a high level of customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
  • Route Management: Plan and execute daily delivery routes to ensure timely and safe transportation of medical devices.
  • Customer Interaction: Build relationships with patients and caregivers to educate them on proper use and care of equipment.
  • Order Processing: Accurately process orders and maintain records of inventory and deliveries.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and simple repairs on equipment as needed.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure company vehicles are clean, safe, and organized, and perform regular maintenance and repairs.


**Requirements**
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: One year of delivery experience preferred; healthcare experience a plus.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Valid driver's license with a good driving record.


This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with occasional evening and weekend hours. VieMed offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
