Under general supervision, you will demonstrate proficiency in administering the fundamentals of the nursing process, contribute to the nursing assessment and the development of the nursing care plan, and participate in the evaluation of nursing care, in accordance with established philosophy.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service skills to patients and families
- Work effectively with minimal direct supervision, demonstrating self-direction and initiative
- Exhibit empathy and understanding for the needs of patients, communicating effectively through spoken and written English
- Treat patients and others with courtesy and respect, presenting a positive public image
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Maintain confidentiality and security of patients' medical information
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing
- Bachelor's of Science in Nursing preferred
- Current license by the state of Kentucky or compact state as a Registered Nurse
- BLS certification - American Heart Association (Healthcare Provider) or American Red Cross (Healthcare Provider) required, must be current
- ACLS preferred
- One year experience in Nursing/Surgery preferred
