Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Costpoint and TESS systems
  • Provide advanced-level support to global users, including troubleshooting and configuration
  • Document system processes and ensure they are up-to-date
  • Support system conversions, upgrades, and enhancements
  • Participate in functional, integration, and user acceptance testing
  • Provide analytic support by extracting, analyzing, and interpreting data from various databases using complex Excel functions
  • Manage data mappings and support departmental learning initiatives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 8+ years of progressively responsible financial analysis and reporting work, including broad Enterprise Resource System (ERP) experience in a corporate office
  • Expertise in Costpoint or Microsoft Dynamics DS365 required
  • Expertise in Costpoint and TESS required
  • SQL knowledge required
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
  • Experience working on large-scale projects desirable
  • Experience with process and workflow documentation required
  • Accounting knowledge required
Working Conditions

This role is based in a typical office environment, requiring the ability to sit and stand for extended periods. The ability to lift 5-50 lb is also required.

Technology Used

Laptop, Microsoft applications (i.e., Office 365, SharePoint, Skype/Zoom/Teams), cell phone/mobile technology, and standard office equipment will be used in this role.

Travel Requirements

Less than 10% travel is required for this role.
