We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Resource Nurse to join our team in the Operating Room at Mass General Brigham. As a key member of our surgical services team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert clinical care to patients undergoing surgical procedures, including pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and enhance the overall quality of care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and technologies to ensure the highest level of patient care.
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting.
- Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- BLS certification.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
