Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and driven sales professionals to join our team as Inside Sales Consultants. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for meeting face-to-face with customers in their homes to provide expert flooring solutions.

As an Inside Sales Consultant, you will have the chance to make a real difference in people's lives by helping them find the perfect flooring solution for their needs. You will work closely with customers to understand their requirements, provide personalized recommendations, and deliver exceptional customer service.

This role offers a 100% commission + commission bonus opportunity, with top performers earning well over $100k in the first year. Additionally, you will receive paid training to learn the business and develop your skills as a sales professional.

  • Average annual earnings: $60k - $80k (first year), with top performers exceeding $100k

In this role, you will have the flexibility to choose from multiple schedule options and work at your own pace. You will also receive a toolkit to help you develop community-based sales and a company apparel stipend to represent our brand.

To succeed in this role, you must possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a vehicle with room for flooring sample boards. You should also be able to attend sales meetings and training sessions both in person and virtually.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present professionally and effectively communicate with customers.
